For the first time has Carolina Beach had ice and snow stay on the ground for a couple days but it's sun and fun time now. If you have never been to Wilmington,NC you sure have been missing a lot.You have tons of ocean side and sunrises to see and the best beaches and hotels and resorts that you have ever been too.
